Order Status

• Has my order shipped?

If an email address is provided during checkout, you will receive an email from Fed Ex when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided in this email.

• How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

You may run another order to increase quantities. To alter the order, please call 843-819-9070. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

• When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

We will ship anywhere in the Continental US.

• When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Standard Orders should ship within 7 business days. Custom orders may take longer, so please inquire. Shipping charges are based on your order. Prior to checkout, you will see your total shipping charge. The Charleston Shucker Co. does not make any money on shipping.

• Can I rush my order?

Yes, please inquire by emailing or calling us to ensure we can meet your needed deadline before placing your order.

Orders placed within South Carolina must pay a 6% sales tax.

• When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

• When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

• How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

• What is the return policy?

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product on non-personalized items. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:


•  Items must show no signs of wear or damage.
•  Returned item must be received by the Charleston Shucker Company within 7 calendar days from when item was delivered to customer.  After 7 calendar days, no returns are allowed.
• If customer receives a damaged item or one which was incorrectly shipped, customer must contact the Charleston Shucker Company immediately and this will be remedied.

Items that are defective and shipped or items that you did not order but received will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.  Again, the customer MUST contact Charleston Shucker Co. within 7 days if the customer intends to return ANY item.  Items returned AFTER 7 days WITHOUT contacting the Charleston Shucker Co. will NOT be refunded.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
